Beautiful Clothes for
Spring and Summer

Model 0129D GYDA - Dress, Pants, Jacket, Hairband and Bonnet 
(This pattern fits 17" - 18" dolls like American Girl doll, Baby born and Alexander doll)

When I first started knitting these clothes, they were meant for Easter! However, I was not able to finish them in time.  Then I decided to knit some lovely clothes for springtime for my doll Gyda.  I had chosen this beautiful yellow color.

The pattern I have used I knitted for my own kids when they were small.  It is pretty and fit well for doll clothes. I started knitting the dress.  The edge is knitted in moss stitch and so it the yoke.  The dress is  ...

I decided to knit some lovely clothes for springtime for my doll Gyda. I had chosen this beautiful yellow color. The pattern I have used I knitted for my own kids when they were small.

... buttoned along the back of the yoke and the collar has a nice row of the pattern over the 4 rows inside edge sts.

When I knit the pants, I knit pattern above each other along each side inside 3 edge sts in moss sts at each side.  I knitted the pants as well in yellow.

As American Girl doll is “an older doll” than Baby born I knitted a beautiful hairband for her.  I used ... 

As the dress is short sleeved, I knitted her a warm white jacket to wear for cold days. For the jacket, I have also used these rows of pattern ...

 ... the same patterns inside moss sts at each side as I did for the pants. The hairband is buttoned together back.

... I thought Baby born would be cuter with a lovely little bonnet.  I knitted her a bonnet to work out nicely together with this jacket.  Looking at my doll Gyda dressed in the new clothes I thought she was well dressed for coming lovely spring days.

The dress is pretty and fit well for doll clothes.

However, some socks were needed together with this garment.  Therefore, I knitted some white knee socks in white.
