Last time I visited Sandnesgarn I received some yarn I had not used before.  The yarn had the same tension as baby wool.  It is thin and a very soft yarn called Silk Alpakka.

I decided to try this yarn for my next model.  I knitted an outdoor jacket with ...

... edges knitted in dbl moss sts.  As said before I like to use moss stitch and double moss sts for doll clothes. I think it is cute.  When the jacket was finished, I knitted a lovely cap.  The edge is knitted ...

 ... in double moss sts.  When it was finished, I crocheted small flowers and sewed them to the edge. (See picture)  Look at the small heart buttons I have used on the jacket.  Aren’t they cute?

Then I knitted a little ...

  ... short-sleeved blouse in white.  In addition, this blouse has double moss sts edges.  It is opened along the center back and buttoned at the top ...

 ... of the opening. The white shoes fitted very well to the pants knitted in blue.
